In this way farmers & trading community are brought to sell & purchase farm produce in transparent & seamless manner.

Issues of market accessibility, correct price for farm produce will be addressed through “Annadata” mobile app there by increasing the revenues and farmer welfare by improving their lifestyle.
When farmer logs in to the “Harit Kranti” mobile app he can see his Geo fenced & geo tagged farm details like crop grown, Current weather data, soil profile, soil nutrient data (Soil pH, OC, NPK & micronutrients) soil moisture, pest surveillance, days to maturity & yield estimate in attractive graphics. All this data is captured from satellite imagery which is analysed to provide suitable agronomic advisory. Weather forecast will help farmer to plan agronomic activities. Based on the soil nutrient profile, pest surveillance and type of farming advisory will be given for improving soil fertility through suitable nutrient application.
Historical data is also made available to the farmers for last three seasons about the crops grown, soil nutrient profile & yield estimates which helps in tracing any changes in crop cultivation.
Linkage with “Annadata” app will help in knowing live mandi rates and access to large number of potential buyers. Farmers can sell their produce through fixed-price or bidding. This would benefit the farmers to receive a price premium and transact as per their preferences.
“Annadata” mobile app is available in multiple payment methods along with cards, internet banking or through offline payment. A wallet functionality would be integrated too soon.
Both the mobile apps will have the provision to allow users to select multiple regional languages based on their preferences for better understanding.
The entire management to hand holding the farmers will create huge employment opportunity. The farmers shall be able to grow better crops which shall lead to indirect employment of more than 10 lac employees.
